Soul/Body Fusion™ Videos: A Special Gift to You From Jonette Crowley

A few weeks ago the creator of the ZPoint Process, Grant Connolly, sent me a link to watch several short videos on Jonette Crowley's, a spiritual and energy healer's website. These videos have to do with a simple process to bring your higher self more into alignment with your physical body. I've posted links to those videos below.

http://www.jonettecrowley.com/SBFVideo.htm

Now, I have felt extremely joyful from watching the videos on few occasions and therefore also want to share Grant Connolly's experience with it. Here is an part of his letter to ZPoint yahoo-group members:

While watching her video I began to experience intense feelings of joy that were centered around my heart chakra. Over the next few weeks I watched the video again and again and experienced the same sense of overwhelming joy each time.

My purpose in writing today is to ask those of you who are spiritually adventurous to listen to these videos and let me know if you experience the same sense of joy that I do. I should also mention that for the past few weeks since watching these videos I have experienced alternating periods of joy and anger. When I felt anger I used ZPoint to release the anger and this has served to increase the length of time that I stayed in the joyful feeling.

This morning I woke up at my usual time and immediately noticed that I felt an extreme sense of joy, so extreme in fact that it borders on being uncomfortable. It is now 1:30 PM in the afternoon and I have been feeling extremely joyful since waking. Now, you may think this would be a really good thing, however, feeling this sense of joy for such an extended period of time does take a little getting used to.

My question is, are there any others going through a similar kind of experience right now?

Kindest regards,

Grant Connolly, CHt

The Circle Clearing Method

Hei,

Though it would be a very good idea to share with you the response I got from David Harris, the Grandmaster of Shun Shen Tao on the western hemisphere, when I emailed him on the topic of how to remove long-term issues.

This is the email I got back from him:

Hello Rasmus,

There is a technique from our style that can remove these things. I do ot have a video on it at this time but I can tell you how to do it.

You will need a piece of writing paper and a pencil.

1) Draw a circle on the paper (the circle should be small or large enough to contain all of your thoughts and feels on the subject)

2) Make marks (dots, lines, or draw whatever you feel in the circle that represents the problem)

3) Continue drawing until you feel the problem is completely represented by the drawing. Make sure "It is all in there"

4) Step back and look at the drawing to confirm that it is all in there,

5) Just erase the drawing completely from the papper with a pencil eraser.

6) Wait for about 1 minute or 2 and then you will notice that all of the things have been removed.
Don't worry about it coming back. It doesn't. New feelings or a clearer understanding of the subject matter may appear. But, that is fine. You are just taking off layers of the problem.

7) If other stuff starts coming up in your mind. Just repeat the process until nothing else comes up.

Enjoy.

God Bless.

Sincerely,

David Harris

I find this to be a SUPERB addition to my healing tools as it truly helps us remove long-term issues in a simple and easy manner.

Hope you do well as well :)

The Temporal Tap

Hei all,

Have been 'working' on myself the last month or so, haven't had the urge to write any posts during that time. Anyways, have had a lot of experience with combining different healing modalities together, but that is for another post.

What I am going to talk about in this post is actually a pretty interesting energy technique. The name of it is the Temporal Tap. The best way to learn how to do it is by checking out the following links:

1) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHpNpbd_8Bo
In this video Larry Nimms, the creator of BSFF (BeSetFreeFast), demonstrates this tapping procedure on Gary Craig, the developer of EFT. And, as you can see, this technique CAN be done MENTALLY and on OTHER people as well. And I wouldn't dare to do this on others when having negative thoughts and ideas in my mind.
It is something that can be done to get rid of bad habits, e.g.

2) http://www.tapintoheaven.com/2stuff/stuftemtap.shtmlHere is an article written by Gwenn Bonnell that describes how to perform the mettod and what it has done for here. Inspiring, in my opinion.

I set my mobile phone timer to notify me after every 40 min for me to keep doing the temp-tap, as I like to call it.

So, if you have any pull to this technique, by all means, just do it, do it, do it.
You will be glad you did.

Until the next post!

My experience with Shun Shen Tao

Hello,

Thought that it would be a good idea to share some of my experience with the powerful energy therapy Shun Shen Tao. It's videos are on the left, so feel free to look through some of them.

It probably is one of the most effective healing modalities out there. If you have had experience with other techniques, such as EFT, Tapas Acupressure Technique, ZPoint Process and so on, then you will simply be amazed at the speed this method works.

Personally, I suggest people to learn Dowsing at first-hand when interested in healing yourself passively, that is, while you are sleeping! Because with this technique it is possible! But only by having learned dowsing.
Dowsing intro video > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-X1IA7mP3yI&feature=related
And especially self-dowsing, aka Divine Gesture. >
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZT4_h1GqgI

Basically, what you can do is write a list of everything that bothers you in your life, no matter how small it is. Include all traumas, relationships issues, family conflict, fears, phobias... everything.
Then dowse away all resistance to healing yourself from all of that. "Please remove all resistance, defensive mechanisms, etc, that prevent me from releasing everything on that paper from me."
Next step is, e.g. before going to sleep, to command "Please remove everything on that list from me." Then just go to bed. And when you wake up in the morning and look at that list of yours, there's a very good chance that everything on it has losed it's emotional hold on you. And it stays that way! And if there is still something left, then just dowse that away. It really is that simple!
Shun Shen Tao, aka "the easy way" :)

I also recommend the "Yes Therapy" for physical issues.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eh03Jrvk8QM&feature=related

And Nei gong Hwa jing is very good "on the go", when you are out in public and would prefer not to be seen doing all sorts of funny movements.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MDwrWIUzwI&feature=related

Then there also is the Shen Technique for whatever issue you like to deal with.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUnMV_QR2Gs&feature=related

All of the techniques of Shen Tao are extremely effective. I suggest you try on out now! I promise you, you will not regret it, ever!

ZPoint Newsletter #13 - ZPoint in the Moment

One of the questions I’m always asked is “how do I use ZPoint in the moment when I’m upset?”

There are times when we’re upset for one reason or another and we don’t have the time to sit down and go through the In-Depth Protocol. For those times I have a very simple way to use ZPoint to shift away from feeling bad.

Just say “thinking about this makes me feel…” Then repeat your cue word for 8 to 10 seconds.

Then say “…and that makes me feel…” and repeat your cue for 15 or 20 seconds and again say “…and that makes me feel…” repeating your cue again for about 20 seconds.

Keep repeating “…and that makes me feel…” along with your cue word until you feel better. And you will.

Each time you say “…and that makes me feel…” you expose a new layer of feeling which you can release by the simple repetition of your cue word. If you do this for 4 or 5 minutes, chances are by the time you finish you will have forgotten why you were upset in the first place.

And it’s so simple to do this. “Thinking about this makes me feel…” followed by “…and that makes me feel…” and just repeat your cue word until you feel better.

I have also used this simple approach successfully on major life issues where we seem stuck. Just sit down and think of what is bothering you then begin…

Thinking about this makes me feel…

…and that makes me feel…

…and that makes me feel…

…and that makes me feel…

and so on…

As you work down through the layers other thoughts and feelings connected to the original thought will come to conscious awareness. It may not even seem related to the original thought but it will be. In some way. You need only continue repeating…

…and that makes me feel… and continue repeating your cue word.

This “Stream of Consciousness” method is very effective at getting to the root of an issue and will, over time, allow you to completely release whatever needs to be released. With time and a bit of persistence you may surprise yourself what you uncover and release.

Remember, we have powerful recordings on releasing anger, stress and anxiety, improving relationships, regaining your power and a host of other subjects. Go to http://www.zpointforpeace.com/ZProducts.shtml for more information.

Saying Yes To Life

ZPoint Newsletter #12 - Life is like playing the Piano

When I was a small boy, my mother decided to I should learn how to play the Piano and my teacher was a homeless man named Max she was trying to help. Max being homeless lacked bathing facilities and sitting on that bench with him for more than a few minutes gave me a true appreciation for clean fresh air. God bless him!

Why do I mention this? It's a good memory for me but more than that it reminds me that life is like playing a piano. It must be learned. No one with the exception of a Beethoven, sits down and plays perfectly from the start. We must learn how to make those beautiful notes and this takes time and effort. And in the meantime you will strike many many wrong notes.

Imagine sitting in a Canyon with high walls that reflect back the notes we strike as an echo. These echos tell us when we strike a wrong note. These "wrong notes" are instant feedback that we're not playing in the proper way. Life is like that as well except that the wrong notes we play echo back to us as financial lack, difficult relationships, illness and suffering.

These are simply indicators that we are not in alignment with who we really are. They do not mean that we are "bad" people or that there is something wrong with us. They are just the echos produced by striking the wrong notes.

With time and practice we start hitting the right notes more often and the echos that return to our ear please us more frequently until we hear a symphony and our life becomes a joy.

When you habitually think a thought that does not feel good as you think it, it is very much like striking a wrong note. That habitual thought, whether you know it or not, goes out and returns just like the echo I spoke of. It returns in the form of financial lack, difficult relationships, illness and suffering.

To change the habitual thoughts that you are sending out you need only release the difficult feeling attached to those thoughts. Change the feeling and you change the nature of the thoughts connected to them. Change your thoughts and you change the nature of the echo reflected back to you. Instead of financial lack you start receiving financial abundance. Instead of bad relationships you start receiving good ones, and so on.

With ZPoint, you can change the notes you play simply by putting your attention on the difficult feelings that arise as you think of certain parts of your life, and releasing those feelings. And as you do this your life will begin to change. The echos will sound sweeter.

This does not take a long time but it does require practice. If you decide today to change the notes you play, within several weeks you will start seeing a change in the echo that is reflected back to you. Your life will improve and often quite dramatically.

My suggestion is to do this in a systematic way. Just as it is more difficult to learn to play the piano well on your own, having an experienced teacher guide you through this process can help you play the right notes that much faster.

ZPoint Newsletter #11: Clearing Aspects with ZPoint

One of the more challenging things about clearing issues is that many issues present different aspects or parts as you work through the layers of an issue. Recently several individuals on the SharingZeroPoint email list asked why it was taking so long to clear these.

The way that ZPoint handles these aspects is the…

…and that makes me feel… statements found in The In-depth ZPoint Protocol found in this Blog. With ZPoint, these ‘aspects’ are easily released using the … and that makes me feel… statements found in the In-depth Protocol.

For example, you would go through the first clearing statements like this…

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling.
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because…
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling whenever…
I clear all the ways I may feel this feeling if…

I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel this feeling.
I clear all the ways these parts feel this feeling because…
I clear all the ways these parts identify with my feeling this feeling.
I clear all the ways these parts may be afraid to let this feeling go.

Then you would say…

…and that makes me feel…
…and that makes me feel…
…and that makes me feel…
…and that makes me feel…

Every time you repeat that statement followed by the repetition of your cue for about 10 seconds, you clear a different aspect of the feeling. That is the reason why I include these statements. Although it takes a bit longer to go through them, it SAVES time by clearing away unknown aspects of the Characteristic Feeling.

You’ll notice we say these statements after every round of clearing. In this way we release different aspects and get to the real root of an issue. And we don’t need to know what that issue is or what those aspects are. We just need to release them.

An alternative to the …and that makes me feel… statement is:

… and under that I feel…

Think of this like excavating through layers of feeling until we reach the root layer. The Protocol works well as long as you don’t take shortcuts to save time. Believe me, you won’t save time if you need to go over it again and again.

ZPoint Newsletter #10: Simplified ZPoint Protocol

Recently I had a conversation with Sandra Cisneros, a ZPoint Practitioner in Austin Texas in the United States and she made a wonderful suggestion on how to simplify the Process and make it more effective at the same time.

For example, if you use a ZPoint opening statement, it would be:

Whenever I think about __________, I feel…

This statement is intended to bring up a Characteristic Feeling around whatever you are thinking about. For example, you could say;

Whenever I think about deserving more financial abundance in my life, I feel… and you would then repeat your cue word for a few moments followed by going through the regular ZPoint Statement, like this…

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling.

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because…

And so on, going through all of the statements including the remainders.

Sandra’s contribution is to simply repeat, “and that makes me feel…” four or five times after repeating the opening statement, followed by the usual repetition of your cue word… like this…

Whenever I think about deserving more financial abundance in my life, I feel…

…and that makes me feel… – repeat your cue for 10 seconds

…and that makes me feel… - repeat your cue for 10 seconds

…and that makes me feel… – repeat your cue for 10 seconds

…and that makes me feel… – repeat your cue for 10 seconds

…and that makes me feel… – repeat your cue for 10 seconds

When you do this, you work your way through the layers of feelings brought up as you repeat the Opening Statement. In effect, repeating “and that makes me feel…”, brings up a new Characteristic Feeling each time you say it after the initial Opening Statement. And by repeating your cue, you release that new Characteristic Feeling.

I’ve been playing with this new variation for about a week now and have used it with great success on myself and about a dozen others. It’s proven itself to be both simple, easy to remember and very effective. This is not to say that there won’t be times when very difficult feelings require that you repeat the full clearing Protocol, but it’s easy to remember and allows you to practice ZPoint in the moment as things come up.

Another way of accomplishing the same end, would be to use the traditional “I clear all the ways…” statement and instead of going through the entire protocol, you would simply repeat the first line followed by a number of “and that makes me feel” statements. Like this…

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling…

… and that makes me feel…

… and that makes me feel…

… and that makes me feel…

… and that makes me feel…

… and that makes me feel…

Either way you do this, it makes the whole Process easier and often more effective. Please try this yourself and let me know how you make out.

Kindest regards,

Grant

ZPoint Newsletter #9 - Updated Healing Program

First, my wish for you is to have a wonderful, joy filled 2009.

Happiness is never dependent on external circumstances but comes from a limitless source of joy within. Our task as individuals, is to release all the ways that we may block that limitless source to allow an endlessly renewing and unabated flow of happiness into our lives. It is this that I wish for you.

I must tell you truthfully that these past few months have allowed me to access that endlessly renewing flow of happiness in ways that I never have before. My life has never been richer and promises to become even more so in 2009. My intention is always to pass along the fruits of that flow to you and your loved ones.

One of the fruits of that flow is that I've drafted an updated version of the ZPoint Healing Program and I send it along to you today. You need only read it and from this point forward your work with ZPoint will be even easier and more effective. The updated Healing program reads:

"I hereby set a powerful intention within you my subconscious mind, to effect the best of all possible outcomes by this and every clearing, and that each time I notice a pattern or patterns I wish to eliminate as I say or think my cue word, you will eliminate all such patterns and components of patterns completely and safely, and each time I repeat my cue word in sequence like a mantra, you will eliminate and completely resolve and release whatever pattern or patterns I put my attention on, releasing everything about it, everything that relates to it and everything that has resulted from it, and you will do so gently and easily always ensuring that the pattern or patterns being released never returns."

And that's it and the best part is, that once you read it, it has the effect of acting as though it has always been in place right from the very beginning of your personal ZPoint practice. This means that if you've been using ZPoint for a while, you may experience some very pleasant surprises over the next short while as the new program takes effect and ripples though your life. :-)

Kindest regards,

Grant Connolly
