I have chosen to post two links to a ZPoint track which covers stress:
the 1th audio is a short 2-3 min introduction to the process and the main recording, it's length is about 11 min, is the one you can listen to when dealing with stress and . So, here they are:

I hope you like this recording. As Grant Connolly says at the end of the track, it's effects are cumulative, so the more often you listen to these recordings, the more stress-free your life will become ;)
