Soul/Body Fusion™ Videos: A Special Gift to You From Jonette Crowley

A few weeks ago the creator of the ZPoint Process, Grant Connolly, sent me a link to watch several short videos on Jonette Crowley's, a spiritual and energy healer's website. These videos have to do with a simple process to bring your higher self more into alignment with your physical body. I've posted links to those videos below.

http://www.jonettecrowley.com/SBFVideo.htm

Now, I have felt extremely joyful from watching the videos on few occasions and therefore also want to share Grant Connolly's experience with it. Here is an part of his letter to ZPoint yahoo-group members:

While watching her video I began to experience intense feelings of joy that were centered around my heart chakra. Over the next few weeks I watched the video again and again and experienced the same sense of overwhelming joy each time.

My purpose in writing today is to ask those of you who are spiritually adventurous to listen to these videos and let me know if you experience the same sense of joy that I do. I should also mention that for the past few weeks since watching these videos I have experienced alternating periods of joy and anger. When I felt anger I used ZPoint to release the anger and this has served to increase the length of time that I stayed in the joyful feeling.

This morning I woke up at my usual time and immediately noticed that I felt an extreme sense of joy, so extreme in fact that it borders on being uncomfortable. It is now 1:30 PM in the afternoon and I have been feeling extremely joyful since waking. Now, you may think this would be a really good thing, however, feeling this sense of joy for such an extended period of time does take a little getting used to.

My question is, are there any others going through a similar kind of experience right now?

Kindest regards,

Grant Connolly, CHt

The Circle Clearing Method

Hei,

Though it would be a very good idea to share with you the response I got from David Harris, the Grandmaster of Shun Shen Tao on the western hemisphere, when I emailed him on the topic of how to remove long-term issues.

This is the email I got back from him:

Hello Rasmus,

There is a technique from our style that can remove these things. I do ot have a video on it at this time but I can tell you how to do it.

You will need a piece of writing paper and a pencil.

1) Draw a circle on the paper (the circle should be small or large enough to contain all of your thoughts and feels on the subject)

2) Make marks (dots, lines, or draw whatever you feel in the circle that represents the problem)

3) Continue drawing until you feel the problem is completely represented by the drawing. Make sure "It is all in there"

4) Step back and look at the drawing to confirm that it is all in there,

5) Just erase the drawing completely from the papper with a pencil eraser.

6) Wait for about 1 minute or 2 and then you will notice that all of the things have been removed.
Don't worry about it coming back. It doesn't. New feelings or a clearer understanding of the subject matter may appear. But, that is fine. You are just taking off layers of the problem.

7) If other stuff starts coming up in your mind. Just repeat the process until nothing else comes up.

Enjoy.

God Bless.

Sincerely,

David Harris

I find this to be a SUPERB addition to my healing tools as it truly helps us remove long-term issues in a simple and easy manner.

Hope you do well as well :)

The Temporal Tap

Hei all,

Have been 'working' on myself the last month or so, haven't had the urge to write any posts during that time. Anyways, have had a lot of experience with combining different healing modalities together, but that is for another post.

What I am going to talk about in this post is actually a pretty interesting energy technique. The name of it is the Temporal Tap. The best way to learn how to do it is by checking out the following links:

1) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHpNpbd_8Bo
In this video Larry Nimms, the creator of BSFF (BeSetFreeFast), demonstrates this tapping procedure on Gary Craig, the developer of EFT. And, as you can see, this technique CAN be done MENTALLY and on OTHER people as well. And I wouldn't dare to do this on others when having negative thoughts and ideas in my mind.
It is something that can be done to get rid of bad habits, e.g.

2) http://www.tapintoheaven.com/2stuff/stuftemtap.shtmlHere is an article written by Gwenn Bonnell that describes how to perform the mettod and what it has done for here. Inspiring, in my opinion.

I set my mobile phone timer to notify me after every 40 min for me to keep doing the temp-tap, as I like to call it.

So, if you have any pull to this technique, by all means, just do it, do it, do it.
You will be glad you did.

Until the next post!

My experience with Shun Shen Tao

Hello,

Thought that it would be a good idea to share some of my experience with the powerful energy therapy Shun Shen Tao. It's videos are on the left, so feel free to look through some of them.

It probably is one of the most effective healing modalities out there. If you have had experience with other techniques, such as EFT, Tapas Acupressure Technique, ZPoint Process and so on, then you will simply be amazed at the speed this method works.

Personally, I suggest people to learn Dowsing at first-hand when interested in healing yourself passively, that is, while you are sleeping! Because with this technique it is possible! But only by having learned dowsing.
Dowsing intro video > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-X1IA7mP3yI&feature=related
And especially self-dowsing, aka Divine Gesture. >
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZT4_h1GqgI

Basically, what you can do is write a list of everything that bothers you in your life, no matter how small it is. Include all traumas, relationships issues, family conflict, fears, phobias... everything.
Then dowse away all resistance to healing yourself from all of that. "Please remove all resistance, defensive mechanisms, etc, that prevent me from releasing everything on that paper from me."
Next step is, e.g. before going to sleep, to command "Please remove everything on that list from me." Then just go to bed. And when you wake up in the morning and look at that list of yours, there's a very good chance that everything on it has losed it's emotional hold on you. And it stays that way! And if there is still something left, then just dowse that away. It really is that simple!
Shun Shen Tao, aka "the easy way" :)

I also recommend the "Yes Therapy" for physical issues.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eh03Jrvk8QM&feature=related

And Nei gong Hwa jing is very good "on the go", when you are out in public and would prefer not to be seen doing all sorts of funny movements.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MDwrWIUzwI&feature=related

Then there also is the Shen Technique for whatever issue you like to deal with.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUnMV_QR2Gs&feature=related

All of the techniques of Shen Tao are extremely effective. I suggest you try on out now! I promise you, you will not regret it, ever!

ZPoint Newsletter #13 - ZPoint in the Moment

One of the questions I’m always asked is “how do I use ZPoint in the moment when I’m upset?”

There are times when we’re upset for one reason or another and we don’t have the time to sit down and go through the In-Depth Protocol. For those times I have a very simple way to use ZPoint to shift away from feeling bad.

Just say “thinking about this makes me feel…” Then repeat your cue word for 8 to 10 seconds.

Then say “…and that makes me feel…” and repeat your cue for 15 or 20 seconds and again say “…and that makes me feel…” repeating your cue again for about 20 seconds.

Keep repeating “…and that makes me feel…” along with your cue word until you feel better. And you will.

Each time you say “…and that makes me feel…” you expose a new layer of feeling which you can release by the simple repetition of your cue word. If you do this for 4 or 5 minutes, chances are by the time you finish you will have forgotten why you were upset in the first place.

And it’s so simple to do this. “Thinking about this makes me feel…” followed by “…and that makes me feel…” and just repeat your cue word until you feel better.

I have also used this simple approach successfully on major life issues where we seem stuck. Just sit down and think of what is bothering you then begin…

Thinking about this makes me feel…

…and that makes me feel…

…and that makes me feel…

…and that makes me feel…

and so on…

As you work down through the layers other thoughts and feelings connected to the original thought will come to conscious awareness. It may not even seem related to the original thought but it will be. In some way. You need only continue repeating…

…and that makes me feel… and continue repeating your cue word.

This “Stream of Consciousness” method is very effective at getting to the root of an issue and will, over time, allow you to completely release whatever needs to be released. With time and a bit of persistence you may surprise yourself what you uncover and release.

Remember, we have powerful recordings on releasing anger, stress and anxiety, improving relationships, regaining your power and a host of other subjects. Go to http://www.zpointforpeace.com/ZProducts.shtml for more information.

ZPoint Newsletter #12 - Life is like playing the Piano

When I was a small boy, my mother decided to I should learn how to play the Piano and my teacher was a homeless man named Max she was trying to help. Max being homeless lacked bathing facilities and sitting on that bench with him for more than a few minutes gave me a true appreciation for clean fresh air. God bless him!

Why do I mention this? It's a good memory for me but more than that it reminds me that life is like playing a piano. It must be learned. No one with the exception of a Beethoven, sits down and plays perfectly from the start. We must learn how to make those beautiful notes and this takes time and effort. And in the meantime you will strike many many wrong notes.

Imagine sitting in a Canyon with high walls that reflect back the notes we strike as an echo. These echos tell us when we strike a wrong note. These "wrong notes" are instant feedback that we're not playing in the proper way. Life is like that as well except that the wrong notes we play echo back to us as financial lack, difficult relationships, illness and suffering.

These are simply indicators that we are not in alignment with who we really are. They do not mean that we are "bad" people or that there is something wrong with us. They are just the echos produced by striking the wrong notes.

With time and practice we start hitting the right notes more often and the echos that return to our ear please us more frequently until we hear a symphony and our life becomes a joy.

When you habitually think a thought that does not feel good as you think it, it is very much like striking a wrong note. That habitual thought, whether you know it or not, goes out and returns just like the echo I spoke of. It returns in the form of financial lack, difficult relationships, illness and suffering.

To change the habitual thoughts that you are sending out you need only release the difficult feeling attached to those thoughts. Change the feeling and you change the nature of the thoughts connected to them. Change your thoughts and you change the nature of the echo reflected back to you. Instead of financial lack you start receiving financial abundance. Instead of bad relationships you start receiving good ones, and so on.

With ZPoint, you can change the notes you play simply by putting your attention on the difficult feelings that arise as you think of certain parts of your life, and releasing those feelings. And as you do this your life will begin to change. The echos will sound sweeter.

This does not take a long time but it does require practice. If you decide today to change the notes you play, within several weeks you will start seeing a change in the echo that is reflected back to you. Your life will improve and often quite dramatically.

My suggestion is to do this in a systematic way. Just as it is more difficult to learn to play the piano well on your own, having an experienced teacher guide you through this process can help you play the right notes that much faster.

ZPoint Newsletter #11: Clearing Aspects with ZPoint

One of the more challenging things about clearing issues is that many issues present different aspects or parts as you work through the layers of an issue. Recently several individuals on the SharingZeroPoint email list asked why it was taking so long to clear these.

The way that ZPoint handles these aspects is the…

…and that makes me feel… statements found in The In-depth ZPoint Protocol found in this Blog. With ZPoint, these ‘aspects’ are easily released using the … and that makes me feel… statements found in the In-depth Protocol.

For example, you would go through the first clearing statements like this…

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling.
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because…
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling whenever…
I clear all the ways I may feel this feeling if…

I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel this feeling.
I clear all the ways these parts feel this feeling because…
I clear all the ways these parts identify with my feeling this feeling.
I clear all the ways these parts may be afraid to let this feeling go.

Then you would say…

…and that makes me feel…
…and that makes me feel…
…and that makes me feel…
…and that makes me feel…

Every time you repeat that statement followed by the repetition of your cue for about 10 seconds, you clear a different aspect of the feeling. That is the reason why I include these statements. Although it takes a bit longer to go through them, it SAVES time by clearing away unknown aspects of the Characteristic Feeling.

You’ll notice we say these statements after every round of clearing. In this way we release different aspects and get to the real root of an issue. And we don’t need to know what that issue is or what those aspects are. We just need to release them.

An alternative to the …and that makes me feel… statement is:

… and under that I feel…

Think of this like excavating through layers of feeling until we reach the root layer. The Protocol works well as long as you don’t take shortcuts to save time. Believe me, you won’t save time if you need to go over it again and again.

Grant Connolly, CHt

ZPoint Newsletter #10: Simplified ZPoint Protocol

Recently I had a conversation with Sandra Cisneros, a ZPoint Practitioner in Austin Texas in the United States and she made a wonderful suggestion on how to simplify the Process and make it more effective at the same time.

For example, if you use a ZPoint opening statement, it would be:

Whenever I think about __________, I feel…

This statement is intended to bring up a Characteristic Feeling around whatever you are thinking about. For example, you could say;

Whenever I think about deserving more financial abundance in my life, I feel… and you would then repeat your cue word for a few moments followed by going through the regular ZPoint Statement, like this…

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling.

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because…

And so on, going through all of the statements including the remainders.

Sandra’s contribution is to simply repeat, “and that makes me feel…” four or five times after repeating the opening statement, followed by the usual repetition of your cue word… like this…

Whenever I think about deserving more financial abundance in my life, I feel…

…and that makes me feel… – repeat your cue for 10 seconds

…and that makes me feel… - repeat your cue for 10 seconds

…and that makes me feel… – repeat your cue for 10 seconds

…and that makes me feel… – repeat your cue for 10 seconds

…and that makes me feel… – repeat your cue for 10 seconds

When you do this, you work your way through the layers of feelings brought up as you repeat the Opening Statement. In effect, repeating “and that makes me feel…”, brings up a new Characteristic Feeling each time you say it after the initial Opening Statement. And by repeating your cue, you release that new Characteristic Feeling.

I’ve been playing with this new variation for about a week now and have used it with great success on myself and about a dozen others. It’s proven itself to be both simple, easy to remember and very effective. This is not to say that there won’t be times when very difficult feelings require that you repeat the full clearing Protocol, but it’s easy to remember and allows you to practice ZPoint in the moment as things come up.

Another way of accomplishing the same end, would be to use the traditional “I clear all the ways…” statement and instead of going through the entire protocol, you would simply repeat the first line followed by a number of “and that makes me feel” statements. Like this…

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling…

… and that makes me feel…

… and that makes me feel…

… and that makes me feel…

… and that makes me feel…

… and that makes me feel…

Either way you do this, it makes the whole Process easier and often more effective. Please try this yourself and let me know how you make out.

Kindest regards,

Grant

ZPoint Newsletter #9 - Updated Healing Program

First, my wish for you is to have a wonderful, joy filled 2009.

Happiness is never dependent on external circumstances but comes from a limitless source of joy within. Our task as individuals, is to release all the ways that we may block that limitless source to allow an endlessly renewing and unabated flow of happiness into our lives. It is this that I wish for you.

I must tell you truthfully that these past few months have allowed me to access that endlessly renewing flow of happiness in ways that I never have before. My life has never been richer and promises to become even more so in 2009. My intention is always to pass along the fruits of that flow to you and your loved ones.

One of the fruits of that flow is that I've drafted an updated version of the ZPoint Healing Program and I send it along to you today. You need only read it and from this point forward your work with ZPoint will be even easier and more effective. The updated Healing program reads:

"I hereby set a powerful intention within you my subconscious mind, to effect the best of all possible outcomes by this and every clearing, and that each time I notice a pattern or patterns I wish to eliminate as I say or think my cue word, you will eliminate all such patterns and components of patterns completely and safely, and each time I repeat my cue word in sequence like a mantra, you will eliminate and completely resolve and release whatever pattern or patterns I put my attention on, releasing everything about it, everything that relates to it and everything that has resulted from it, and you will do so gently and easily always ensuring that the pattern or patterns being released never returns."

And that's it and the best part is, that once you read it, it has the effect of acting as though it has always been in place right from the very beginning of your personal ZPoint practice. This means that if you've been using ZPoint for a while, you may experience some very pleasant surprises over the next short while as the new program takes effect and ripples though your life. :-)

Kindest regards,

ZPoint Newsletter #8 - Feeling better

According to Abraham Hicks, every subject is actually 2 subjects, the subject and the lack of the subject. We get more of whatever we put our attention on.

For example, there is love and lack of love. There is money and lack of money. There is freedom and lack of freedom. There is health and lack of health and so on. Because we live in a dualistic universe, we see this duality in everything, up, down, black, white, etc.

Because every subject is actually 2 subjects and we create more of whatever we put our attention on, it seems that we create more of what we don't want simply because we are not aware of what we are doing. In our ignorance, we create more of the very things we SAY we DON'T want in our lives.

We say we want more money and yet we focus on not having it. We say we want better health, and yet all we can talk about is how sick we are. We say we want peace and prosperity and yet we willingly put our attention on talk of war and economic upheaval.

Because every subject is actually 2 subjects, and we get whatever subject we put our attention on, it stands to reason that we should put our attention on what we want rather that what we don't. If we think about health we should put our attention on what we want, which is good health. If you think about money, then it should be about having money not its lack. If you think about love, it should be about having it and not it lack.

All of this makes sense, but how do you do it?

We start with baby steps. Whenever you notice you don't feel good, think about what you are putting your attention on. Chances are your attention is on the lack of something.

Then just ask yourself "What do I really want?" and put your attention on that, and the more you do this, the more of what you really want will show up in your experience. It always feels good to think about what you really want.

Abraham Hicks calls this "Pivoting" and it is a very powerful thing to do. You pivot your attention from what you don't want 180 degrees to what you do want, and you immediately start to feel better. Try this for yourself and see.

Grant

ZPoint Newsletter #7: Expectations

My dear friend John Cali of Wyoming channels wisdom in the form of Chief Joseph. I'd like to share his latest...

John writes:
I was standing in line at our little post office last week, and I couldn’t help but hear a conversation between one of the postal clerks and a customer. It was a friendly conversation between the two. But there was a dark undercurrent in their lighthearted chatter.

John Cali
Chief Joseph and I discussed expectations in an earlier newsletter article, also titled Expectations. But the post office conversation reminded me of how pervasive and debilitating that "dark undercurrent" is.

The customer was paying cash for some stamps, and she came up a penny short. She searched her purse several moments, but couldn’t find one. She remarked to the clerk that she never could find a penny when she needed it. The clerk said that was her experience too. Then she added, "But when you don’t need a penny, it will fall out of your purse."

What was going on here? Well, American singer Lou Reed has an interesting line in one of his songs:

"You can depend on the worst always happening."

Obviously, he’s talking about expectations. Do you always expect the worst to happen? Or the best?

Here’s Chief Joseph.

Chief Joseph

We love John’s choice of words here -- "dark undercurrent." That’s what it really is. Yet it does not have to be.

It’s amazing to us in these dimensions how humans choose to believe they are deserving only of "bad" experiences. Like not being able to find a penny when they need it. But having it manifest when they don’t need it.
Is that any way to live your lives? Our answer is: No! Absolutely not!

Yet so many of you live your lives that way, often from birth to death. It brings untold and unnecessary pain and suffering. The reason for the pain and suffering is simple: You’ve bought into the mass consciousness.

The mass consciousness is filled with expectations of pain, suffering, lack, sadness, and grief. Obviously, there is a purpose to all that negativity. In the end it will serve humanity well.

But, before "the end," it is entirely possible for each of you individually to follow another, happier path. You can, as has been said, "march to the beat of a different drummer." You do not have do it their way. You can do it "my way."

The problem, as we see it, is often you do not believe you deserve to live the life of your dreams. You do not deserve to enjoy the good stuff of life, abundance in all its many forms.

Somehow, somewhere on the trail of physical life, you’ve forgotten who you are. Even some of your mainstream religions teach you are all "children of God."

As children of God, you are the heirs to all the limitless abundance the Universe holds for you. This, obviously, is a subject we could spend much more time on that we have in this brief article.

But we want you to know, beyond question or doubt, you are children of God. You are God. You have, literally at your physical fingertips, all the abundance, material and spiritual, you could ever want or dream about.

It’s all there! Right here, right now.

But if you don’t expect it, if you believe you’re unworthy, if you think there’s not enough for everyone, then you’re just going to go on creating more of what you’ve always created.

But if you shift your perspective ever so slightly each day, expecting good stuff to come to you, you’ll gradually move into that place of abundance and joy you’ve always wanted for yourselves. And it won’t matter if "the economy" is going to hell, or if those around you are in pain.
All that matters is that you focus, step-by-step, only on what you want, not on what others are creating in their lives. Then more and more of what you want will manifest in your lives.

It does not have to be hard. In fact, it’s supposed to be easy! And it actually is quite easy, once you believe you deserve only the best, once you know you are God.

Expect only the best, and you will experience only the best.

In one of his many physical lifetimes, this spirit was incarnated as the legendary Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe in what is now the state of Oregon in the northwestern USA. ZPoint Newsletter 6# : Dealing Effectively with Anger - 5 Day Program

All of us feel anger at times in our lives, and as long as we can acknowledge it and feel it fully, it flows through us and causes no harm. However, when we suppress it, when we hold it in and don’t feel safe expressing that anger, watch out!

I was born into a household with a very angry father and a mother who sought to deal with that anger by ignoring it. Showing anger was a very bad thing and must never be expressed, consequently I was beaten or chastised every time I expressed my own anger. I soon learned to mask my anger, to push it down and I learned that lesson very well.

As the years went on I became more and more angry inside. Life had a way of putting me in situations that triggered that anger. I can recall one situation when I owned a computer sales and repair facility in my hometown of Peterborough Canada. My mother had just passed away a few days before and I did not deal with that well. I was angry at myself for this and took my anger out on everyone around me.

On this particular day I was dealing with two young men who came into my store to buy a computer. They were like young men everywhere, trying to appear more knowledgeable than they really were. For some reason they really pissed me off and one thing led to another and before I knew it I literally tossed them out of the store. That is not good for business especially in a small town!

I was not a fun person to be around. I just couldn’t relax and I always felt like I had a tiger inside me just waiting to jump out. People around me could feel that anger and many were actually afraid of me, and for good reason. They could sense that I was a tinderbox just waiting for the next spark. It’s very difficult to like yourself when you so angry and the worst part is, I didn’t even know why. I didn’t have a clue.

I learned to cope as many do. I read book after book on the subject and understood it all on an intellectual level, but the anger and the rage remained. Untouched by my efforts to “understand it”.

The cost of unexpressed anger on a personal level can be enormous. It slowly eats away at your cardiovascular system, your stomach and throws your nervous system into chaos. When you become angry it’s like suddenly you’re on a dark railroad track heading for God knows where. You stop thinking and start reacting. You literally go unconscious and from that unconscious state almost anything can happen and none of it good. It can destroy relationships, jobs and cherished dreams for the future. In an instant!

A good percentage of people currently serving time in prison are there simply because they could not control their anger. Unexpressed anger costs everyone billions of dollars a year to treat its physical effects on the human body and on society as a whole.

Below you will find a daily plan to release your anger completely. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes a day and lasts 5 days. At the end of that period most if not all of that inner anger will be released and all you need to do is follow the plan. If you haven’t already done so, please read the ZPoint Quick Start Tutorial to install the ZPoint Healing Program and gain an understanding on how to apply ZPoint to yourself. You my wish to print it out and have it handy as you work through each days exercise.

Day 1 – Think of the last time you became angry. Allow yourself to feel that anger within you and repeat the following statement to yourself:

Whenever I think about or remember becoming angry, I feel…

This will bring any unexpressed anger to the surface where you can release it using the Process. Simply read each clearing statement one at a time as outlined in the Tutorial. Remember to repeat your cue word like a mantra after reading each statement. When you finish, you’ll feel much much better. It’s really very simple yet profoundly effective in releasing the unexpressed anger within you.

Please note that most people repress their anger which means that you may not be fully in touch with how angry you really are. Many people who have used this exercise report that they may actually feel more angry and irritated after going through the exercise for the first time. This is not a bad thing as our intention is always to release the deepest aspects of our anger so that we may free ourselves to live a much more peaceful and pleasant life.

If you find this happening to you, simply go through the exercise again. Each time you do so, you will be releasing more and more of that anger.

Day 2 – Carry out the above exercise again. You should find it much easier to get in touch with your anger and going through the Process will make you feel wonderfully relaxed and peaceful.

Day 3 – Make a list of the things that trigger your anger. Be honest with yourself. Think of these triggers as you repeat the opening statement, “Whenever I think about becoming angry, I feel…” and work your way through the clearing statements. It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. Pay attention to how relaxed and peaceful you feel when you finish.

Day 4 – Go back over your list of things that make you angry. Do you notice a change in how you respond to the items on that list? You may find that some items no longer bother you at all. Think of the ones that still upset you and go through the exercise again for those items. During your day, pay close attention to your actual response to those things that make you angry. You should now begin to see a big difference in how you are responding.

Day 5 – Pull out your list again and read it over. Typically many items on that list won’t bother you at all. If anything remains that upsets you, go through the exercise at least one more time until you are feeling wonderfully relaxed and peaceful.

A very effective way of doing this is to do it with a friend, especially one who shares your anger issues. Set a time each day to meet in person or on the phone and go through the days exercise. A few minutes a day spent releasing your anger together will pay huge dividends to yourselves and to everyone you meet.

One final note. Most people who take the time to release their anger notice that they begin to lose weight. I think this is a very pleasant side effect of releasing the deeply held anger within themselves. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if it worked the same way with you?

Please try the above 5 day plan and let me know how you make out. I’d love to hear your success story. :-)

Grant

ZPoint Newsletter #5: Working with Kids

Here's something someone sent me a few years ago. I'm sure you can adapt it for 10 year olds. I've used it and it works well. It's called "Childrens Magic Word.

**

Installing the Magic Word for Young Children

You might start by telling the child that he/she can have a magic word
... in fact, it can be any word he chooses.

After he has chosen a magic word, you can say:

"All you have to do is say your magic word 3 times ...
and turn around three times ...
and jump up and down three times ...
and it will automatically TURN YOUR MAGIC WORD ON.

"And then ... ta da ... once your magic word is turned on ...
every time you use it in order to FEEL GOOD ...
it will make you FEEL HAPPY, RELAXED AND CALM ...
and it will remind you that you are THE COOLEST KID ...
and that YOUR mother and father love you.

"OK _________ , now, turn your magic word on."

ZPoint Newsletter #4: What if I can clear all the ways...

Those of you who've used ZPoint for a while may be familiar with ZPoint 'What if' Statements. If you're unfamiliar with these statements, here's an example.

What if I can do the things I want to do and have those things that make my life easier.

What if I can give myself permission to release my resistance to receiving what I really want.

After each 'what if' you would simply repeat your cue word for about 10 seconds.

'Yes' is a very appropriate cue word to use with 'what if's' because the word 'yes' opens all doors with a smile. And the questions themselves when coupled with the cue word and healing program, creates a sense of expectancy and excitement. This feeling indicates that you've created that possibility within yourself and this activates the Law of Attraction to bring you what you seek.

Below you'll find the text of an email from Maureen Kirk, a Clinical Social Worker from my home town of Peterborough Canada who is currently enrolled in the ZPoint Personal Peace Practioner Program. As you'll see, she uses 'what if' statements in a very creative way to relieve a physical issue. I send my sincere appreciation to Maureen for such a wonderful idea. She writes...

Hi Grant,

"I have had a few very interesting experiences with the What Ifs this week. The "story" is that I have been progressively developing a chest infection over the past 3 weeks. My Dr. was away on vacation so I made 2 visits to the ER at Peterborough with the hope of getting some antibiotics to start my recovery. Both visits the ER Dr. did not provide to needed antibiotic and when I finally saw my Dr. this Monday I was very congested and feverish with a full blown infection.

I was struggling to get my breath and coughing and feeling very unwell on Monday evening so I lay down. As I was lying on my bed I thought of using the What If statements and started with "What If I am able to clear this quickly, easily and gently". I went on to statements that were focused on me being fully in balance and vitality. I also addressed my fear of not being able to breathe as I had past karma and life experience in this lifetime with breathing difficulties.

I had been wanting to listen to the Oprah and Eckardt Tolle webcast that evening and when I was finished with the What Ifs, I was able to breathe clearly and the coughing had ceased so I was able to view the webcast.

What I realised firstly was that I could make a difference to my physical imbalance with the z-point and create the space for healing to occur. Secondly it came to me that the What If statements are very much more powerful on their own when linked with the original ICATW (I clear all the ways) statements.

I feel energy and the difference in the power of the combination was massive. I felt that possibly there may have been some subtle resistance to the straight ICATW statements and the What Ifs opened up all possibilities...making the approach even simpler."

- Maureen Kirk, BSW. M.Ed. C.S.W., - current ZPoint Practitioner Candidate

The basic 'what if' statement creates a sense of expectancy while the addition of 'I clear all the ways' releases anything that dampens that expectancy. As Maureen implies, these new statements may release any subtle resistance we may experience when using regular ZPoint statements. This makes the whole process simpler and more effective.

So, if we change the 'what if' statement slightly, it becomes:

What if I can clear all the ways I'm not able to clear this quickly, easily and gently?

What if I can clear all the ways I'm afraid to breathe?

What if I can clear all the ways I can't relax fully and completely?

or,

What if I can clear all the ways this feeling impacts my life?

What if I can clear all the ways I hold onto this situation and everything connected to it?

What if I can clear all the ways I (fill in the blank), whenever..?

or,

What if I can clear all the ways I wouldn't feel safe letting this upset go right now?

Questions are always more powerful than direct statements. You can experience the truth of this for yourself by repeating the following two statements and comparing how you feel after each one. The first statement is...

I clear all the ways that I may feel unsafe about change.

Then,

What if I can clear all the ways that I may feel unsafe about change?

Do you feel the difference?

If you haven't already done so, please, take a moment and try these new 'what ifs' for yourself. Make up a few 'what ifs' for yourself an pay attention to how you feel. Allow yourself to feel GREAT!

Then, send me a quick email at grant@zpointforpeace.com and let me know how you made out. :-)

ZPoint Newsletter #3 - The Spot Technique

By now you've had a chance to give ZPoint a good 'test drive'
and you KNOW it works. Here's a little ZPoint Technique that
you may find very helpful. It's called The Spot Technique for
reasons you will discover.
------------

The Spot Technique

The Spot technique, like all things ZPoint, is extremely simple.
As you think of what you want you generate a feeling that
represents or characterizes a whole string of beliefs, attitudes
and ways of looking at things. For example read the list of
words below.

Each word is just a word, and yet when you read it, a
characteristic emotion or feeling will be generated. Allow
yourself to be aware of that feeling.

Sex

Abortion

Lawyer

Vagrant

Summertime

Convertible

Beauty

What you felt as you read each word was a vibrational
representation of the beliefs you hold concerning those
particular words. Emotions are a vibration. Emotions that feel
good have a higher vibration or frequency than those that do
not. Thoughts too have a vibration and the way that vibration
is expressed, is through the emotion connected to it.

A belief is nothing more than a thought you practice over and
over again. Over time, because of your focus on that thought,
and the way it feels when you think it, you begin attracting other
thoughts of a similar nature or vibration. As this happens, you begin
noticing circumstances or things that confirm what you are feeling.
This leads to noticing more and more things that serve to confirm
that thought, and a belief is born. This thing becomes true for you
and you begin filtering all of your decisions through the lens of
this and similar beliefs.

When a belief is a positive and life affirming one, you feel
good as you think those thoughts associated with it. When a
belief is limiting or says "no way", the thoughts associated
with it never ever feel good as you think it. So, when you are
feeling bad, when you are feeling depressed or angry, or sad
or lonely, those feeling are always connected to beliefs that
restrict your freedom to be who you truly are in some way. And,
who you really are is always in a state of openness, allowing
and divine expectancy. This always feels good.

The more you feel good, the more you will draw those experiences
that match that feeling. The more you feel bad, the more you
will draw those and similar experiences. This is the way the system
works. This is the Law of Attraction. What you place your focus
upon will expand and draw onto itself circumstances, thoughts
and feelings of a similar nature. Focus on thoughts that feel
bad and you invite circumstances, relationships and thoughts
that mirror the essence or vibration of that thought. So, the
key to all of this is solely on where you choose to put your
focus, on what feels good, or what doesn't. On what you want,
or what you don't want.

Those of you who have practiced ZPoint for a time may be familiar
with a peculiar phenomenon where you are feeling uncomfortable
about something and decide to use the Process to release it.
And then after you've finished you try to remember what it was
that upset you, but you cannot. It's gone right down to the
memory of what it was that upset you. It's like trying to remember
someone's name you know, but it's stuck on the tip of your tongue.

What happened was that in releasing that feeling, you also
transformed all of the limiting beliefs connected to it and
shifted away from even being able to remember it. It is no longer
part of your experience and that thought will never enter your
mind again. It cannot, because you are no longer in vibrational
alignment with it. You have shifted your focus from feeling
limited to feeling freedom. And who you really are is freedom
personified.

Let's go back to our list of words. Choose a word from that list
that causes the most intense feeling. At this time it may be
best to choose a word that does not feel good when you say it.
You can also choose a word that feels good and use the following
statements to make it feel even better, but I would ask that
you begin with the 'bad' word. Simply mark or Spot that feeling
with your awareness. Once you do this, the Process itself takes
over and the rest becomes automatic. You need only remember to repeat
your cue as you repeat the following statements.

ICATW (I clear all the ways) I feel this feeling.
ICATW I feel this feeling because...
ICATW I feel this feeling whenever...
ICATW I may feel this feeling if...

ICATW unconscious parts of me feel this feeling.
ICATW these parts feel this feeling because...
ICATW these parts benefit from my feeling this feeling.
ICATW these parts may be afraid at my letting these and similar
feelings go.

Take a breath and continue...

ICATW (I clear all the ways) I feel the remainder of this feeling.
ICATW I feel this remainder because...
ICATW I feel this remainder whenever...
ICATW I may feel this remainder if...

ICATW unconscious parts of me feel the remainder of this feeling.
ICATW these parts feel this remainder because...
ICATW these parts benefit from my feeling the remainder of this
feeling.
ICATW these parts may be afraid at my allowing the remainder of
this and similar feelings go.

Now take a deep breath and look at the word again. Does it feel
different to you? My guess would be that it would. If you found
that experience interesting you may wish to use the Process on
the rest of the list, and then write down a few words of your own.

Another way to do this is use it to release any feelings that
bother or concern in the moment. Spot the feeling and release it
using the Protocol. You will find yourself breathing easier and
you will have released whatever underlying beliefs that gave birth
to that feeling. And the best part is, you do not need to know what
those beliefs are. It's totally irrelevant. Just Spot and Clear.

Print the Clearing Statements out on a piece of paper. Keep them
handy and use them whenever you find yourself feeling doubt,
worry or concern of any kind. Before long you will begin to notice
a change in the thoughts you think and the feelings associated
with them.

You will begin feeling good more of the time and as you feel
good more often, you will attract even more good feelings and
reasons to feel good. You are activating the Law of Attraction
on a Conscious level to bring yourself even more of the things
that make you feel good. This is why 'the better it gets, the
better it gets'.

Kindest regards,

Grant Connolly,

ZPoint Newsletter #2 - The History of ZPoint

Dear Reader,

People often ask me how I came up with the idea for ZPoint. Here's an excerpt from a book I wrote about the Process that answers that question. Enjoy!

--------

It is my belief that everything in life is a process. For me, the process that culminated with the creation of The ZPoint Process began in the spring of 1999.

At that time I was working in the computer department of Sir Sandford Fleming College in my home town of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. At that time I was a very unhappy person and was never satisfied by anything. I think I'd been that way all of my life. I was filled with anger, resentment, a deep disappointment with my life and a bottomless longing for something more that I couldn't define. I can recall either being up or down or swinging somewhere between those two extremes. I can recall only a few times in my life to that point where I can honestly say that I was happy.

One day I came across a reference to a book about a fellow who claimed to have achieved 'Enlightenment' while serving a term in a Florida jail for selling drugs. The idea that this could happen under such conditions and circumstances intrigued me, so I immediately ordered the book. It was called From Onions to Pearls, by Satyam Nadeen.

There was something in that book that laid waste to every idea, belief and cherished notion that I had ever had. That book was a hand grenade thrown into a room filled with furniture, and the furniture was everything I believed and held to be true. For some reason the ideas in that book completely cleared away all of my old ways of being and left me bereft and adrift. I didn't know what to believe, what was right, what was wrong, what was up or what was down. I was a completely empty vessel.

For several months I wandered around completely oblivious to everything. I can recall spending many hours sitting on my couch at home just staring off into space. Just being. Gradually, I
started rebuilding the furniture of my mind and my life began to make sense again. However, nothing was the same after that. I was different. I had changed.

Some months later I 'chanced' upon a website advertising an opportunity to become a Certified Hypnotherapist. I immediately remembered when I was a teenager, and the dreams I had for
myself. There were three things I wanted more than anything: to write a book, to become "enlightened" and to learn hypnosis. I read everything I could about the latter two and trusted that one day I would write that book. This is the book.

I can recall buying a simple how-to book on hypnosis when I was fourteen and setting out to hypnotize my friends, sometimes with hilarious results. In late 1999, I fulfilled the dream of
becoming a Hypnotherapist, when I became Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists. My wife, the handy person in our family, converted our dining room into an office and I began seeing clients on a part-time basis.

My life continued to change, often in ways I could not have imagined. It became increasingly difficult for me to keep my mind focused on my job. It just didn't seem to fit me anymore.
More and more, my thoughts became centred on becoming a full-time Hypnotherapist. I started talking about leaving my job anddevoting myself full time to my practice. Unfortunately,
Peterborough is a relatively small place, and I wasn't earning enough to pay my way. My overwhelming desire for change led to a crisis within my marriage.

Quite often in our relationships we have unspoken contracts, shared goals, dreams and ways of being. When these ways of being change, as mine did so dramatically, seemingly stable
relationships can reveal difficulties that lay buried beneath the surface. One person wishes everything to remain the same while the other is moved inexorably along a different path, in a
different direction entirely. This is what happened to me. Sometimes love is not enough.

In the summer of 2003, I was sharing an apartment in a suburb of Toronto, earning a bare subsistence living as a full time Hypnotherapist, incorporating Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Tapas Accupressure Technique (TAT)into my practice. Although financially things were difficult, emotionally and spiritually I was thriving. The ups and downs were gone. Having said this, there were still deep issues I needed to resolve and I was looking for a means to do this. I felt that I had gone as far as I could with EFT and TAT alone.

Around that time, I read "The Power of Now", by Eckhart Tolle. That book had a huge impact on me. I practiced being in the "Now" constantly, and after a while could enter into the Now state at will. I vividly recall how magical it was to simply walk down the street and watch the flowers and trees and suddenly my awareness would shift. Everything took on a life and a brilliance I'd never noticed before. I'd walk to the Scarborough bluffs and spend hours sitting on a certain park
bench overlooking Lake Ontario, just watching the clouds, the birds and the trees and drinking in the incredible beauty I saw spread before me. It was, as I've said, a magical time.

Right at this time, two things happened that changed my life. First, my flat-mate purchased Larry Nims' Be Set Free Fast (BSFF) manual, and second, I read "Power vs. Force", by David R. Hawkins. I read Larry's manual and tried using BSFF, but somehow it didn't feel right to me. It is a brilliant piece of work, but it just didn't resonate with how I thought and especially how I felt. I'm very intuitive and approach everything from a feeling perspective. So I set it aside.

Then I read Power vs. Force. In it, Hawkins speaks about "Attractor Fields" or "M-fields." As I understood it, these are simply energetic patterns containing all of the possibilities inherent within an event, a circumstance or a condition. My life, for example, can be viewed in these terms. It is a large attractor field with my name on it. Within that field are all of the smaller patterns that go to make up my thoughts, feelings and circumstances. Imagine an energetic bubble, within a bubble within a bubble. And, taken in ever broader terms, the world itself and the universe and everything that exists or has the potential of existing, does so within its own attractor field, one within the other. A wheel within a wheel within a wheel.

I was sitting in the washroom one night, where I often do my best thinking, and I suddenly put everything together. Attractor fields, how to adapt the cue word and healing program from BSFF and Eckhart Tolle's "pain-body" (which I will talk more about in Chapter 1). I saw how everything fit together so perfectly and so simply. Whole and complete. I saw it all in that one instant.

I was overwhelmed, and immediately set to work translating what I had seen into a usable process. I spent hours and hours trying this and trying that. I read a post on the BSFF e-mail list about the agreements we make with ourselves, and added this to the process. I read about the importance of forgiveness, and this too was added. Friends would have an idea and we would try it out immediately. These were very exciting times. I spent many hours sitting on that park bench filled with the possibilities for the concept. The result was the original ZeroPoint Process
(as I was calling it then) that you can read about in Appendix B, of this book.

As I said when I began this story, everything is a process. Almost exactly a year later, after having used the original ZeroPoint Process on many people and having written the original
manual, I had another idea. I was walking through High Park in Toronto, just enjoying my walk and decided to clear something that had been bothering me. I started going through the process,
which at this time was twelve or thirteen steps, when I found myself saying, "I clear all the ways..."

I paused and backtracked in my mind to what I had said to myself. I was astounded!! Again I saw the concept clearly of how to simplify the process and make it more effective at the same
time. I didn't have paper and a pen with me, so I walked all the way home repeating "I clear all the ways" over and over so I wouldn't forget it before I got home. And that is how the
statement version was born.

On October 8, 2004, I felt compelled to create a Yahoo group, which I called Sharingzeropoint, in order to share what I had found with as many people as possible. Membership has now reached almost 1400 from more than 25 countries around the world, and is still growing.

Almost a year later, I had the idea for the another version, called Erase the Tape (ETT). You'll read about both versions in the pages that follow. I am very grateful to be the bearer of
this process. I promise to always do my best to bring forth that which is given to me in trust for all of you.

An Introduction to the ZPoint Process

Hello,

I would first like to introduce to you a (in my opinion) fabulous tool called the ZPoint Process. It is an energy healing modality and very effective in its simplicity. The aim of the process is to make you feel good, and if you feel good, then everything just flows in your life and in everything you do.

If you have any questions about the process, then I urge you to post comments on this blog and I will answer them as soon as possible. And also, like any other revolutionary and new approach to healing, the process may stir up some suspicion in you. That's okay. I was a skeptic at first as well. Still, it is hard to describe the euphoria I felt for 3 days after following through a teleclass conducted by the creator of the ZPoint Process, that is, by Grant Connolly. I highly recommend you to watch his free videos explaining the process, which are up on YouTube and can be gone to by clicking here.

So, if you want to feel good and your problems seem to be overwhelming, then please take some time off to enjoy this fantastic process. It truly helps :)

Love

P.S. I also have added the ZPoint Process video bar to the left of my blog, as you may have noticed already. These 4 short Youtube videos are a great intro to understanding the process + you can go through the process with the guidance of Grant Connolly in the 4th video.
Highly recommend it! :D
